Web Development Manager

A company is looking for a Web Development Manager to lead an engineering team in delivering a healthcare portal and data platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary development team, ensuring timely and secure delivery of solutions

Oversee the design, development, and delivery of applications built on modern Azure-native technologies

Promote continuous improvement in engineering practices, testing, and delivery while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)

8+ years of experience in software and / or data engineering, with at least 3+ years in a lead or manager role

Strong background in Azure cloud services (Functions, SQL, Data Factory, Power BI, APIM)

Experience leading cross-functional teams spanning application and data developers

Familiarity with ETL migrations and data warehouse design
