What You'll Be Doing : As a CSR, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers by : Answering customer inquiries and scheduling service calls. Acting as the first point of contact, delivering empathetic and solutions-focused service. Coordinating with Mallick Team members to ensure seamless communication and scheduling. Supporting customer retention and satisfaction with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
