Scheduler - M-F 9 : 00AM-5 : 30PM

We are seeking a Scheduler responsible for coordinating and scheduling a variety of OR cases, MRI, Pain Clinic, X-ray, CT, and infusion cases. The Scheduler will manage multiple schedules including coordinating Inpatient Care Rooms for overnight patients, will answer phones, and creating, documenting, and assigning procedure codes for each patient, physician, and procedure.

Shifts : Five 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday, 9 : 00AM-5 : 30PM.

No Weekends. No On-Call. No Holidays.

Education and Experience :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One plus year of experience in the medical field, including familiarity with medical terminology, highly preferred.
• BLS certification required; can be obtained upon hire.
