A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support and assistance to end users.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze problems and provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and systems
Resolve computer software and hardware issues for users and act as a contact for troubleshooting
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on software and hardware
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an IT related field preferred
Five (5) years of experience in a similar role
Active Security clearance required
