We're seeking an exceptional Senior Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment where you directly shape client success.

Your Role

Manage cases from intake to closure, including these responsibilities :

• Assist at counsel's table in court.
• Drive cases forward with precision and before deadlines—always.
• Manage docket, discovery, calendar, communications, and files.
• Research the law, prepare trial notebooks, and craft compelling plain English legal documents (demand letters, pleadings, etc.) and correspondence.
• Deliver client experiences that turn clients into raving fans.
• Anticipate and independently solve challenges.
• Partner directly with the founding attorney to free him to focus on client development and counseling, strategic legal thinking, trials, negotiations, firm and vision.
