The Purpose of Your Role

As a key member of our Investor Center, you will meet with clients face-to-face, offering personalized guidance and financial planning while enhancing our brand's reach. Our open architecture product platform, coupled with the best resources in the industry, empowers you to deepen your relationships with our existing clientele.

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to create relationships, identify client needs, and suggest effective financial solutions.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses; Series 65 or 66 licenses plus any necessary state registrations, or the willingness to obtain Series 65 / 66 upon hiring.
  • Strong capability to present complex financial strategies to knowledgeable clients while effectively building trust and rapport.
  • A degree or relevant professional certifications are advantageous; if you don't have a CFP or degree already, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you achieve one.

  • The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 per year. Placement in this range will depend on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, relevant experience, and other factors.

    Base salary is just one piece of the total compensation offered, which may include bonuses or variable compensation depending on eligibility.

    Please note, most roles at Fidelity are hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
