Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Team Member

As a front-line employee, you’ll :

  • Perform landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks with quality and attention to detail.
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and maintain them in good working order.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting / carrying 35–80 lbs frequently.
  • Support your crew by helping prepare and load materials and equipment each morning and ensuring everything is ready for the next day.
  • Assist with other lawn care duties as needed.

  • Efficiency : Complete jobs within planned timeframes to help the team stay profitable.
  • Quality : Minimize rework by getting the job done right the first time.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Build great customer relationships and deliver excellent service every visit.
  • Process Compliance : Use company systems (such as LMNCrew) to track time, jobs, and notes accurately.

    • Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or a related field is preferred.
  • If you do not have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting / carrying 35–80 lbs.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred (as crew members may be asked to drive Company vehicles).
  • Must be able to pass a drug test .
  • Background checks are conducted for all applicants. Results are considered on a case-by-case basis .

    • Pay & Benefits

  • Pay Range : $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
  • Paid Holidays : New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) : Begins accruing from your first week of employment.
