Job Details : Healthcare Planner
Healthcare Planner
- The position is that of a planner and consultant providing support to healthcare clients, design professionals and contractors.
- Evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques for Healthcare Planning
- Lead client and user meetings
- Provide space plan solutions in the form of project-specific concepts, test fits, etc.
- Test the space program against client established parameters that may include existing space, budget, and timeframe for implementation, etc.
- Develop a space and facilities program that responds to the overall needs and goals.
- Manages documents studies and reports as required for AHJ agency review.
- Provide solutions in compliance with codes, including life safety, FGI Guidelines, etc. established Criteria.
- Consults with other specialties, including equipment planning, security, acoustics, food service, building and interior design consultants, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree, Architecture, Interior Design, Masters’ Degree is a plus.
- 10 plus years’ experience
- Revit skills
- Well-versed in the FGI guidelines
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- The ability to lead client meetings.
- Registration is a plus.
Requirements :
Bachelors’ degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Master’s degree a plus. Revit.
