Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure resolution
Research, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer problems
Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues and provide feedback to customers
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English with excellent written communication skills
Experience in online customer service
Familiarity with technologies such as Linux, NGINX, MySQL / MariaDB, PHP, DNS, CDN, and caching
Understanding of WordPress database and file structures
Comfortable navigating within a command line environment
