The Customer Service Representative at American Leak Detection of Phoenix is responsible for answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, and dispatching / routing our technicians for daily jobs. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will help serve our residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout the Phoenix area.

Customer Service Reps (CSR) Core Responsibilities :

Shift : 8 hour daytime shift, full-time

Availability : General workday is Monday through Friday, occasional weekend availability may be required
