As a Legal Assistant, you will have the ability to monitor internal processes resulting in ensured compliance with all client, legal, and regulatory requirements. This is an entry-level position and we will train, but some fundamental office skills are required. Job Responsibilities :
Focuses on mastering basic high volume processes including clerical tasks, document review, impediment clearing and form draftingPrecisely documenting accountsClearly communicates the legal progress of accounts

Physical Functions
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of time; constantly operates a computer and other office machinery; employee is regularly required to verbally communicate, listen and give presentations as needed. Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel.

Works generally at a desk in a well-lit, air-conditioned cubicle / office, with moderate noise levels.
8am to 5pm ( 1 hour lunch )
