Our client is a software and consulting company with long-standing client relationships and an emerging products division. Their primary expertise is in application development, data visualization, Information Technology (IT), and their clients include large financial firms, utilities and Federal customers.

Requirements

They are looking for a Sr. Full-stack Angular10+ Developer with solid experience in Java, Spring, SQL, and Cloud, responsible for building web applications alongside system architects for a top financial investment and bond trading firm in America.

Onsite work in Austin, TX is required 3-4 days per week. This is a W2 contract-to-hire opportunity. C2C and H1B sponsorship are not available. You must be a Green Card holder or US Citizen. An onsite interview in person for the technical rounds is required, and applicants should be prepared to cover their own onsite interview costs.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ Years of heavy Angular / Typescript

5+ years of Java / Spring Boot

Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3

Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

Strong knowledge of JavaScript programming and DOM manipulation

Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility

Fair understanding of integrating with API services and OOP

Finance industry experience a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3+ years experience

Desired Skills & Experience

Angular 6 / 7 / 8

Spring-boot Microservices

React Native / Redux is a plus

Financial systems experience

Excellent communication skills
