As a Manager, Retail Development, you will be part of the Consumer Products organization supporting retail partnerships and cross-functional internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and relationship-building abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Develop and execute consumer product programs for top U.S. retail accounts
Pitch brand and entertainment programs to retailers and deliver strategic presentations
Coordinate retail marketing / media campaigns in partnership with agencies and internal stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and external partners
Analyze retail trends, business opportunities and provide solutions to drive growth
What’s Needed?
5+ years of experience in Retail Development, Franchise Development, Consumer Products, or major U.S. retail accounts
Proven experience developing cross-category retail strategies and merchandise programs
Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
