Job descriptionBachelor or masters degree in architecture At least 3 years solid Revit experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, or other architectural and design software is a plus Excellent analytical, time management, conceptual, communication and organizational skill Experience working in a classical architecture firm is a plus Basic knowledge and understanding of different rendering techniques and excellent graphic skills Capable of instructing team members in Revit Precise and personable verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of architectural design and construction principles Must be able to commute to New York office 5 days per week

Role Description
- Be an essential part of a project team working on all phases of a design project from Pre-Design through Construction Administration
- Assist in project coordination and the production of project documentation
- Assist with survey and analysis of existing site conditions
- Produce drawings with direction from the design team
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and senior members to produce deliverables accurately and on time
- Prepare for and attend meetings with clients and consultants, record decisions, and issue notes
- Assist in coordination efforts with other project professionals
- Develop drawings and models through all phases from Pre-Design to Construction Administration
- Develops clear drawings from a Revit model
- Possesses the ability to build thoughtful, parametric model families in Revit
- Communicate effectively in written and oral formats
- Self-check own work and the work of other team members for completeness and accuracy
Qualifications
The pay range for this role is :
85,000 - 95,000 USD per year(NY)
