Job Description

• Candidate should have good knowledge in providing the End-User Support for PHP based
• Applications secondary skills could be Symfony Laravel Java Angular MySQL.
• Monitoring first pass of Ticket Triage (analyze diagnose and resolve) & Generation through SPOC
• Analyze incident and provide details and feedback to L2
• Proactive analysis of all issues & requests identification method to prevent in future
• Ensure SLA Compliance for Incidence Response & Resolution
• Analyze logs configs. & data to troubleshoot the incident and identify the cause
• Coordinate crisis call engage experts manage Incident to resolution (Issue ownership triage & resolution) and focus on Recovery
• Deployment Support
• Provide Full Support to the Level 3 team for all hands-on-deck production issues
