Position Summary

The Customer Marketing & Engagement Specialist plays a key role in deepening relationships with key audiences-including homebuyers, and distribution partners, through coordinated marketing programs and communications.

This role supports three critical areas of customer engagement :

• Event Marketing & Customer Experience
• Distribution Network Relationship Marketing
• Email Marketing & Communication Campaigns

By aligning marketing execution with relationship-building goals, this position ensures that all customer touchpoints-whether at a tradeshow, in the inbox, or through a retail partner-deliver value, consistency, and a strong brand experience. This is an ideal role for a marketing professional with excellent project management skills and a passion for customer-first thinking.
