We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Engineering to lead our engineering teams in developing innovative product experience to help patients with Wellness, Hypertension, Emergency Discharge and Transition of Care. This role requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex stakeholder relationships, oversee technical projects, and drive operational excellence across our engineering functions. The Director will play a critical role in leading the AI powered transformation of these critical worklists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent business acumen, and the ability to inspire and mentor a seasoned engineering team.

As the Director of Engineering, you will lead with the ability to dig deep with engineers, coach / mentor on technical design where necessary and deliver high business impact on projects of increasing dependencies and ambiguity. You will lead a team of managers & individual contributors in the development of technology that saves lives and improves mental and physical health for millions of people.

Primary Duties :

• Build a high performing team by hiring and nurturing engineering talent.
• Strong technical leadership - drive technical solutioning and building roadmaps.
• Set aggressive and clear goals and remove all roadblocks for the team to achieve them.
• Working seamlessly and collaboratively with stakeholders across Aledade to achieve business outcomes.
• Work closely with engineering leaders to drive engineering excellence in our processes and systems.
