Job Details
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and execute all in-field service activities across North America and other regions as neededEnsure proper functionality of installed filtration systems through on-site support and serviceDeliver customer service and training on system functionality and maintenanceAssist with new equipment installations and provide repair servicesPerform remote troubleshooting for technical issuesSchedule and arrange travel for customer site visitsPrepare service quotes and follow up on outstanding proposalsGenerate purchase order documentation and ensure timely invoicingCollaborate with the parent company in Germany to support technical and logistical needsResearch and source replacement parts for repairsReview technical documentation and equipment drawingsConduct research on industry-specific applications and validate solutionsSupport the organization’s position as a global leader in advanced filtration solutionsJob Requirements :
Strong mechanical aptitude; factory training will be providedExperience with filtration equipment is highly preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness and ability to travel for up to two weeks at a timeAvailability for occasional emergency next-day travelValid driver’s license and clean driving recordU.S. Passport and TWIC Card (or ability to obtain after employment begins)Detail-oriented with strong mathematical competenceSelf-motivated and persistent work ethicAbility to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting over 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in confined spacesCapable of working in diverse environments such as ocean vessels, industrial factories, power plants, water and wastewater plants, and outdoor settingsInterested in hearing more?
