Job Title : Benefits Technology Coordinator Location : Scottsdale, AZ 85258 (Hybrid) Type : Direct Hire | Pay : $55,000-$65,000 DOE Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 : 00 Start Date : Immediate (upon passing background check) Job Summary : Our client, a well-established firm in the healthcare insurance benefits space, is seeking a Benefits Technology Coordinator to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, the Benefits Technology Coordinator will support the configuration, maintenance, and integration of the Employee Navigator platform, an industry-leading software used to manage employee benefits, ensure compliance, and streamline communication between brokers, carriers, and employers. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with insurance platforms, data feeds, and client-facing support. Key Responsibilities : -Configure and support benefit plans and eligibility rules in Employee Navigator-Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and employer groups to ensure successful benefit enrollment-Provide training and support to users, including troubleshooting and documentation-Maintain data integrity, monitor integrations, and resolve system issues-Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA regulations Qualifications : -1-3 years of experience in the healthcare and / or insurance industry (Life & Health or P&C preferred)-Arizona Life & Health license preferred-Bachelor's degree preferred-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills-Technical aptitude and comfort working with benefit platforms and systems-Must pass a background check Benefits : -Medical, dental, and vision insurance-Life insurance-401(k) with 4% employer match-Paid time off (PTO)-Hybrid work schedule
