PT Sales Associate: ThirdLove

Our store teams are the heart of Leap () and we need to find the best and brightest team to be the face of our ThirdLove () store located in VA / Tysons Corner Center .

We are seeking Part-Time Sales Associates who are eager to make a direct impact on the experience of our customers and the success of the store.

Leap is built upon the mission of helping the hottest up-and-coming e-commerce brands easily and effectively establish brick and mortar stores.

Among the trailblazing brands we work with are : ASTR the Label, ThirdLove, Rent the Runway, Ring Concierge, Malbon Golf, Frankies Bikinis, Bad Birdies, True Classic Tees and many more.

• What We’re Looking For : Create positive and memorable experiences for customers that in turn builds brand loyaltyAble to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast paced environment whilst servicing customersParticipate in general store maintenance;
• cleanliness & upkeep of storeSupport the initiatives of the leadership team to drive sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellenceModel reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business;

including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special eventsSupport other brands in the market / cluster that are under the Leap umbrella for new store openings, activations and / or for additional coverageEmbraces learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.

• experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Office is a plusCapable and willing to perform opening and closing tasks in the store;
• potential to carry store keysMust be at least 18 years of ageOne or more years of customer service and / or retail experience;

background in similar category preferredComfortability working with / using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbsMaintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.
