We are helping our client find a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join their established practice in Gaithersburg, MD. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dentist who values a supportive, patient-focused environment and is interested in continued clinical development and mentorship.
The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication skills, and 3-5 years of clinical experience. This practice offers a dynamic, collaborative team environment with extensive support and advanced technology.

- 9 doctors and 4 hygienists
- 22 operatories
- Active patient base : 9,050
- Average of 130 new patients per month
- Payer mix : 20% fee-for-service / 80% PPO
- Specialty services offered in-office : Orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics
- Schedule : Monday - Thursday 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm; Friday 7 : 00 am - 2 : 00 pm
