We are hiring a UX Architect for one of our clients at Hartford, CT .

Responsibilities

• UX Architect to lead the design of seamless, intuitive, and accessible user experiences across our digital insurance platforms. You will work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technology, designing experiences that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products (Life, P&C, Health, etc.) and workflows, and be skilled in designing user experiences across customer journeys such as quote & buy, policy management, claims filing, billing, and self-service.
