The Opportunity :
We’re looking for an Event Sales Manager to join the team at Nine Orchard. This role blends creativity, relationship-building, and strategic sales expertise. You’ll lead event sales and marketing efforts across the property—connecting clients with the elegance, energy, and distinct character that define the Nine Orchard experience.

What You’ll Do :
Prospect, secure, and manage a full range of private events—from intimate dinners to large-scale celebrationsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact from inquiry to post-event follow-upCollaborate with culinary and beverage teams to design custom menus that highlight Nine Orchard’s refined and creative cuisineCreate detailed proposals, floor plans, and event timelines that ensure seamless execution and an exceptional guest experienceManage contracts, deposits, invoicing, and forecasting for all event businessRepresent Nine Orchard and MML with professionalism, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to service excellenceWhat We’re Looking For :
3–5 years of experience in event sales or marketing within luxury hospitality, restaurants, or lifestyle venuesProven ability to drive event revenue while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfactionStrong communication and relationship-building skills with a natural ability to connect with clientsDeep understanding of luxury service standards and event operationsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFinancial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiationPhysical Requirements :
