Call Center Representative
The Call Center Representative will handle day-to-day activities of the support team as well as other assigned duties. Hours are 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm during training, and 10 : 30 am to 7 : 00 pm after training is completed, with possible overtime.

Candidates hired into this role will be required to work in-person in the Milliman office in Dallas, TX on a weekly basis, but flexible work arrangements [after a training period] will be considered. The expected application deadline for this job is November 28, 2025.
The hourly pay for this role is $19 - $19.5 an hour, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This is a full-time, non-exempt overtime eligible role; overtime eligible after 40 hours of work.
