Enterprise Job Description
This job is responsible for resolving operational accounting functions and issues in accordance with standard procedures. Key responsibilities include supporting the analyses of issues related to all operational accounting functions, such as general accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Job expectations include performing analytical research and leveraging judgment to make informed decisions using accounting systems and tools, following established processes, and handling exceptions and escalations within the Line of Business.
Job Overview
This role is in ATM Exceptions. Analysts are responsible for the analysis of ATMs serviced by vendors and financial center employees. Analysts resolve out of balances that have occurred for various reasons by communicating with Transportation Services, Financial Center personnel and Vendors daily to gain resolution to various types of exceptions. Exceptions are resolved by either adjusting customer DDAs and / or internal general ledgers to offset exceptions related to ATM transactions.
