Our client, a leading organization in the technology and corporate support sector, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant 2 to join their team. As an integral part of the Global Strategy & Operations team, you will support senior managers and contribute to the smooth functioning of daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

What's the Job?

\n\n \n\t

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones to ensure seamless scheduling for senior managers.\n\t
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and prepare expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail.\n\t
  • Support team initiatives by organizing morale events, onboarding new team members, and procuring necessary office supplies and equipment.\n\t
  • Track assets and handle facility requests efficiently to maintain an organized work environment.\n\t
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, exercising tact, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.\n

What's Needed?

\n\n \n\t

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Administrator or in a similar support role.\n\t
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.\n\t
  • Experience with internal Microsoft tools such as MS Expense and Employee Central is a plus.\n\t
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\t
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor suitable for executive support.\n
