You will work in collaboration with our California Market Growth Director, Director of Operations, and Ports & Maritime Leadership to develop and implement a Ports & Maritime strategy for California. In this role, you'll drive client outreach strategies and relationship development actions, identify key pursuits and lead positioning and delivery efforts. Working with other members of the team, you'll share in the development and growth of our internal structure which promotes autonomy and allows for great opportunities to deliver local projects across the Transportation platform while also supporting our other infrastructure markets in California.
You will also be responsible for understanding the unique trends in the market and using that knowledge to work with our team to create technical differentiation from that of our competitors while serving as an important conduit between our National Market Solution (technology) Leaders, California Sales Leaders, and our operations (delivery) leadership and practice staff in our Transportation Business Unit.
Your knowledge of the Transportation market will include Port authorities, local governments, decision makers, key stakeholders, and short- and long-range capital improvement plans which will be key to your success. Location :
Hybrid two to three days a week in either the Irvine, California or Los Angeles, California office.
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in their perspective geocodes for the position, across all listed California locations.

The base salary range for this position is $217,500.00 to $339,750.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
