Responsibilities :
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs such as health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to support staff development and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, maintaining company policies and procedures.
- Conduct new employee orientations to familiarize hires with company culture and expectations.
- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational needs.
- Handle payroll processes and ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide counseling and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
- Support the organization in maintaining a strong and inclusive workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR management role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and recruiting practices.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and labor laws.
- Proven ability to conduct training and onboarding programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and HR software.
