Summary :

Develops program and project requirementsdevelops highly complex equipment and tooling concepts and designssolutions including alternatives for the Production System.

Validates analysis oftechnical data influences product engineering design and makesrobotics automation or technical recommendations to supportproduction system integration for a aerospace products.

Leads the creation and modificationof equipment and tooling definition at the program level.

Executes project plansprovides input to Make / Buy decisions and partners with procurementto meet program schedule cost and quality targets.

Ensures compliance with safetyproducibility maintainability reliability ergonomic factors andregulatory requirements.

Leads gated reviews and develops plans for productionreadiness preventative maintenance and spares.

Validates contractual performancemilestones.

Develops andimplements workarounds and maintains configuration of hardwaresoftware and documentation.

Conducts studies and make recommendation for dispositionof assets.

A successfulcandidate in this role will have passion creativity and aninsatiable desire for process improvement and efficiency.

They will also have astrong desire to be out in the factory interacting with mechanicssafety equipment services and directly supporting the productionsystem.
