Service Reliability Engineer

A company is looking for a Service Reliability Engineer, Automation and Scheduling.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain scripts to manage scheduled jobs, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention

Prototype and test automation tools, applying AI or RPA solutions to improve operational workflows

Support and administer data platform services, troubleshooting issues and optimizing data refresh cycles

Required Qualifications :

Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Bash for systems automation

Experience with enterprise job scheduling systems and a focus on reliability

Hands-on experience with Agentic AI or RPA platforms for operational automation

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in systems engineering, service reliability, or automation operations
