Overview

Landscape Fence Estimator on potential hybrid remote basis for one of the region's leading and fastest-growing landscape development companies.

Base pay range

$75,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr

Job Details

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Review of designs from Architects
  • Review and estimate costs on prospect jobs
  • Prepare and sustain status of plan reproduction
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information from suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate better pricing
  • Compile take-off data using an estimate software and present information to management
  • Encourage growth and maintain positive relations with clients
  • Successfully transfer projects from estimating to the production team

    • Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of commercial and residential fence estimating experience
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to breakdown landscape, civil drawings, specifications, addenda & bulletins
  • Clear and effective oral / written communication skills (with both clients and internal staff)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and on Screen Takeoff Software
