IT Manager

A company is looking for an IT Manager (Remote, LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

Administer and optimize security systems and enforce IT / security policies

Oversee the full lifecycle of devices and manage user access and compliance

Lead day-to-day technical support and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or security roles

Strong knowledge of endpoint security, MDM platforms, and SaaS application management

Proven ability to manage device lifecycles and compliance in a distributed environment

Familiarity with automation, scripting (Python / JS), and system integrations is a plus

Self-motivated with the ability to balance support and strategic project ownership
