Key Responsibilities Serve as the clinical lead, offering guidance and supervision to primary care providers. Collaborate on schedule optimization to ensure comprehensive provider coverage. Foster a culture of professionalism and excellence within the team. Lead the implementation of new clinical workflows to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. Educate and guide providers on new initiatives, monitoring progress and supporting project implementation. Minimum Qualifications Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school. Current Texas medical licensure required. Board Certification in a primary care discipline such as Pediatrics, OB / GYN, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. Demonstrated leadership or management experience. Experience in community healthcare settings.
