A company is looking for a Recruiter to centralize and standardize their recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities
Own the recruiting process for assigned roles from start to finish
Collaborate with hiring managers to design effective and equitable interview processes
Manage internal candidates and referrals, ensuring a consistent experience across all sources
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of recruiting experience
Experience in the tech and / or risk industry is strongly preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Knowledgeable advocate for DEI best practices in recruiting
Self-motivated and accountable
