Job Title : Service Desk Analyst – Night Shift

Location : Remote (Must be within driving distance of Dallas, TX)

Shift : 8 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 AM ET

Clearance : U.S. Citizenship required; must pass Public Trust background check

Job Summary :

Provide Level 1 IT support in a 24 / 7 environment. Handle incidents and service requests via phone, email, and monitoring tools. Follow documented procedures, escalate issues as needed, and ensure accurate ticket management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer and resolve IT support calls and emails
• Monitor system alerts and create incident tickets
• Escalate issues using Everbridge
• Perform password resets and basic account support
• Maintain accurate incident records
• Create daily reports and follow standardized work instructions
• Occasionally visit onsite (Dallas, TX) for support tasks
