Sr. Accountant
Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a strong Sr. Accountant to support our leading gaming company with their stock administration to assist in administering their equity processes. This role requires expertise in reconciling, auditing, and working with stock systems and payroll teams. The main focus is on managing an efficient manual process across multiple platforms to maintain accuracy and meet critical deadlines, especially during heavier periods (e.g., month-end and quarter-end). Responsibilities include administering stock-related processes, especially during peak periods such as month-end and the first two weeks of each quarter. Prepare and convert reports from stock platforms like Shareworks for integration into systems such as Workday. Perform detailed audits and resolve discrepancies to ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with payroll teams to align and confirm stock-related data. Compile grant summaries for executive approval during quarterly reporting cycles. Conduct manual reconciliations between stock systems and payroll to maintain consistency. Ensure compliance with equity administration procedures and reporting requirements. Manage a heavy workload efficiently during critical reporting times. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to support organizational objectives.
Requirements include at least 5 years of accounting experience, including reconciliation, reporting, and auditing. Expertise in stock administration and equity processes is required. Proficiency in financial platforms such as Shareworks and Workday is necessary. Strong attention to detail and ability to manually reconcile workflows across systems are essential. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with payroll teams and other stakeholders are required. Capacity to manage workloads effectively during month-end and quarter-end periods is needed. Familiarity with equity reporting and grant preparation processes is required. Flexibility to work early hours or align with international teams when needed is necessary.
