Bilingual Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to manage the loan documentation and underwriting process.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting

Assemble and verify the completeness of the loan package and required documentation

Communicate with various parties to obtain necessary documentation and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience

Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations preferred

Fluency in Spanish and English preferred

Working knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
