Job description :

Hands-on and strategic involvement for US & 1st world International Sites involving : On-site Generalist activities, Recruiting, Succession Planning, Benefits, Recommending and sharing organizational Best Practices to US plants and globally, Performance Management, Employment engagement Practices, Data Analytics.

HR Operations : Managing On-site HR processes, systems, and compliance, ensuring that best practices are followed, and legal requirements are met.

• HR Metrics : Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in areas like turnover, engagement, and recruitment.
• Talent Management : Leading efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization.
• Organizational Development : Work with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and provide solutions to improve structure, processes, and workforce effectiveness.
• Training & Development : Supporting, designing, and implementing T&D and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Employment Policy Development : In close collaboration with senior leadership, lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of employment policies and procedures to ensure compliance, promote best practices, and support organizational goals.
• Compensation & Benefits : Along with Management utilize technologies to uncover the best options for our organization and employees while keeping costs and expense to a minimum.
• People Leadership : Provide effective leadership by inspiring, developing, and managing the Human Resources Team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth while ensuring clear communication of expectations and priorities. Act as a mentor and coach, addressing challenges proactively and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.
• Foster and grow postitive international HR relationships

Friendly union relations- We have a legal team that primarily handles union related needs and activities however, having some l abor & Employee Relations experience is a plus to continue to ensure that a positive and productive work environment is maintained.

Qualifications :

4 year college degree, Masters degree is a plus.

Relevant experience to this job description with HR management experience. Note : this is not an executive level role. This is ideal for an HR professional who wants to be the HR Manager of a well run industrial organization and desires stability and career longevity.

Some international HR experience- working with entities in international locations
