Job descriptionGenerate, cultivate, and convert mortgage leads effectively. Establish referral networks with Realtors, CPAs, and other professionals. Maintain and market to your database of past clients. Set an example as a productive originator with the potential to recruit and mentor your growing team. At least 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer. Active NMLS / MLO license is required. Proven ability with a track record of 3-5+ closings monthly. Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills. Deep understanding of lending regulations and industry technology.
