SUMMARY

We are seeking an Accounts Receivables Analyst who will be responsible for the administration, coordination, support, evaluation and management of day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations encompassing duties impacting the full life cycle of the management (oversight) of the billing and collections of Accounts Receivables. The position reports to and receives direction from the Vice President of Finance and / or Accounting Manager roles. This position takes a lead and professional role in organizing, coordinating and carrying out all Accounts Receivables projects and processes. The role performs administrative, support and lead duties affecting all Accounts Receivable populations in the US and Canada and for five (5) companies. The Accounts Receivables Analyst position is a vital source of Accounts Receivable reporting, information, cash receipts, and works in a highly visible role with customers and internal management and executive team members. The role is the first point-of-contact customers interact with related to invoices and accounts receivables items. The position compiles and / or assists with all Accounts Receivables record-keeping to ensure all financial requirements of the Company are being met. This role's mindset and actions are strategic and tactical where tactical duties are performed with an understanding of Accounts Receivables strategic impact to the business.

• BASE WORK LOCATION - Position is based in the Hunt Valley, MD office location. Position classification is "Hybrid" in Office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, occasionally other days may be required as needed.
