Key Responsibilities
Own and manage sales headcount, partnering with Sales Ops and Recruiting to maintain accurate forecasts and actuals.Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reviews on bookings, expenses, pipeline trends, risks, KPIs, and productivity.Manage comprehensive Commissions Cash and Opex forecasts, including BvA (Budget vs Actual) reporting.Analyze commission attainment and monitor KPIs for Marketing, Channel, and SDR teams supporting Americas Sales.Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to inform senior management decisions.Support annual planning, business reporting, accruals, and financial performance reviews.Requirements
3 5 years' FP&A experience with high attention to detail.Bachelor's degree.Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Recruiter Insights
