Description :

Contract Administrative Assistant provides administrative assistance to the Contract Administrators within the Land Development department. This includes but is not limited to scanning contract documents, tabulating project bids in MS EXCEL, distributing completed contract documents and assisting with other related administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Land Development Contract Administrators and Administrative Assistant.
• Scan contract documents
• Tabulate projects bids in MS EXCEL.
• Distribution and filing of project documents.
• Circulating contracts for signatures to responsible parties.
• Other administrative duties, as assigned.
