Position : Senior Business Analyst

Location : Frankfort, KY (100% Remote)

Duration : 1 year+

Job Description :

• We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our client's Worker Portal of the Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment System (IEES), Self Service Portal (kynect) and other systems supported by our client which are used primarily by their staff. The selected candidate will work closely with the other client branches to implement new system enhancements / functionality and / or new systems supported by the division. Work is completed via document called Statement of Work (SOW). The selected candidate will work under deadlines, must be capable of handling a large workload, and must be able to work independently with only general directions. The selected candidate must have business analysis skills, including knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Prior experience determining eligibility for or supporting one or more of the following programs is preferred but not required : Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (SNAP), Women Infants and Children's Program (WIC), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) and / or Medicaid.

Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to) :

Working with the project team and vendor to assist with gathering and finalizing business requirements.
