We are looking for a highly motivated project manager. Established in 1978, we are a strong general contracting firm. We specialize in the academic, affordable housing, municipal and historical restoration markets, with a focus on complex renovations. What you will be doing :

• Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual projects.
• Identification and management of the project and safety risks.
• Development of the scope and estimate of the project through collaboration with the various project stakeholders.
• Specification of all the relevant industry standards required for the design and construction of the facility.
• Identification and the application for all the relevant permits that will be required for the construction and commissioning of the facility.
• Embedment of a strong safety culture in the project team, contractors, and workers on site.
