Will provide product and technical assistance to customers. Must have a pleasant customer satisfaction telephone attitude. Knowledge of SAP program desired. PC computer knowledge and skills required. Must have good verbal and written communications skills. Working knowledge of MAT Industries and MAT engine tech products desired-mechanical aptitude. Must work well with others / team player.
