CPC Certified Consultant

A company is looking for a Payment Integrity, New Opportunity Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Recommend new proposals for pre-payment claim edits to provide clients with incremental savings

Analyze paid claims data to identify overpayments and areas for incremental savings

Function as a consultant to internal and external clients, introducing new concepts and ensuring client adoption

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare information system management, Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field preferred

Certified Professional Coders (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist-Physician (CCS-P) certification required prior to hire

5 years or more relevant healthcare experience in roles such as medical coder, claims processor, or clinical editing analyst
