Richmond is a leading non-profit serving individuals with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral challenges throughout Westchester County. We are seeking a caring, skilled Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary clinical team.

What You Will Do

Review physician referrals and complete thorough OT evaluations

Develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills, mobility, and functional independence

Implement therapy programs, adaptive equipment, and therapeutic interventions

Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR system

Train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and families on therapy follow-through

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, clinicians, and interdisciplinary care teams

Participate in care conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training

What You Bring

Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy (Master’s or higher preferred)

Current New York State OT License in good standing

2+ years of clinical OT experience (rehab, LTC, or developmental disabilities a plus)

Experience with EMR documentation

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
