Role Scope :

We are looking for a Manager of Strategic Operations to join the Operations Organization driving partnership success, market launch operations, and key cross-functional initiatives. This role will primarily focus on the external partner-facing components of Habitat's market launch processes. In addition, the Manager will lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives to help Habitat scale from one to multiple markets. This individual will play a critical role in building and executing solutions to ensure Habitat's continuous operational excellence, scalability, and standardization.

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader who brings structure to complex problems, has a strong operations orientation, and exhibits an ownership mindset. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong program management and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Partnership Operations Support management of our partner stakeholders to ensure relationship strength and operational coordination. Manage collaborative workstreams for both new and existing markets and liaise with executive leadership on key updates and problem-solving.

Advance Strategic Initiatives Lead enterprise-wide initiatives, including clinical strategy, technology rollouts, and operating model improvements, that strengthen Habitat's offering and organizational capabilities.

Standardize and Scale Market Operations Contribute to the development of Habitat's launch frameworks, processes, and tools that improve operational execution that can be replicated across new markets and partners, setting Habitat up for future scale and expansion.

Support Operational Execution Track progress, surface risks, and drive accountability across the Operations organization to ensure partnership and enterprise initiatives stay on course.

Translate Strategy into Action Distill complex problems into structured solutions, enabling timely decision-making by leadership. Bring a "roll up your sleeves" mindset, creating clarity and forward momentum in dynamic, evolving situations.

Experience that drives success in this role :

3-5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy & operations at a high-growth startup, ideally in the context of health care delivery

Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, unstructured work environment

Strong interpersonal skills; high EQ

Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills

Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a high degree of self-autonomy and a bias to action

A strong passion for our mission, with a high degree of empathy for the populations we serve

A bachelor's degree is required

Compensation : We take into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical / dental / vision insurance, paid parental leave (birthing and non-birthing parents), short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $125,000 -$151,000 and is bonus eligible. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
