Job Title : Regional Customer Service Manager

Location : On-Site near Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000

Key Responsibilities (Regional Customer Service Manager) : Regional Customer Service Manager

Manage and develop a team of Customer Service Specialists, both on-site and remote

Ensure high service standards, including system proficiency, communication, and problem resolution

Coordinate cross-functionally with teams responsible for order fulfillment, credit, inventory, and forecasting

Support customer satisfaction through timely delivery, accurate orders, and proactive communication

Qualifications (Regional Customer Service Manager) : Regional Customer Service Manager

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (10+ years in customer service or call center leadership) preferred

Strong leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced environments Regional Customer Service Manager\
