Asset Manager

Our client is a well-established, medium-sized, fast growing organization specializing in the affordable real estate. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high-quality standards in managing and optimizing property assets.

Manage and oversee a portfolio of LIHTC assets to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for property performance evaluations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement property management strategies.

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for property value enhancement.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Handle contract negotiations and lease agreements with tenants.

Address tenant concerns and maintain strong tenant relationships.

Work closely with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.

A successful Asset Manager should have :

  • LIHTC and Section 8 experience is ESSENTIAL.
  • Will have worked for a developer, bank, syndicator or non-profit
  • Experience in the affordable housing industry and asset management.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Knowledge of property management regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving objectives.

Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $185,000.
